awesome auction items, games, prizes and lots of fun.
BYO snacks for table – Tea/Coffee, supper and water provided.
We are looking for goods/services to be donated to be auctioned, if you have any Goods/Services you could provide, please contact Ox via 0408 603 098 or ox.roberts@su.org.au
This evening is SU’s major fundraising event for the year.
For ideas on what you could potentially donate as an action item – see list below.
- Offering professional services through a business
- Fuel vouchers, shop vouchers, supermarket voucher
- Donate some pre-loved goods you have lying around the house (instead of sending to an Op-shop)
- Donate an artwork piece
- Babysitting services for a one off or multiple occasions
- Vouchers to tourist attractions
- Individual or as a group offering to do ½ day, full day or similar of gardening, house cleaning, rubbish removal etc
- Offer to host a Dinner Party for a certain number of guests (6-12), either at your place or other venue?
- Make a hamper – Crafts, beauty products, hair products, chocolates, wine, cheese/biscuits, fishing gear, tools, etc
- If you have a holiday property or timeshare, offer 1 or multiple nights as a voucher
Offer free or reduced music (or other) tuition Offering to wash and detail people’s vehicles - Make a slice, biscuits, fudge – or redeem voucher for….
- Offer your photography services for a family or an event – free or reduced cost
- If you have a boat, offer fishing for a ½ or full day, or a harbour cruise in the evening…
- Offer to make a cake – ie. wedding, birthday etc
- Donate some potted plants
- Offer to provide cooking classes
- Donate a quilt for a newborn
- Could your business or workplace donate something?
- Sports memorabilia – signed jumpers, framed pictures etc
